Grace Land Recovery was developed to provide services to individuals who have or are at risk of harmful involvement with alcohol or other drugs, and/or other addictions, having psychiatric disorders or who have other behavioral health needs, or any combination of these disorders/diseases. Through a team approach, and with the active and ongoing participation of the client, the overall goal is to improve the quality of life and the functional abilities of the persons served.
Grace Land Recovery believes that addiction is a three-fold disease. It is physical, psychological/emotional, and spiritual. Grace Land Recovery acknowledges the fact that drug and alcohol addiction is a treatable illness. Grace Land Recovery believes that by providing a healthy therapeutic environment, the recovery process for those in the greatest need can be enhanced. The main goal is to assist clients to begin a supportive reintroduction to their family and community.
The services provided encompass a wide variety of therapeutic settings and intervention modalities including case management services, outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization program, and community housing.
✓ Case management services:
Case management /services coordination provide goal oriented and individualized supports focusing on improving self-sufficiency through employment, vocational, and assisted daily living needs.
✓ Outpatient treatment:
The outpatient treatment program provides regularly scheduled individual, group and/or family counseling for less than eight hours per week.
✓ Intensive Outpatient Services:
The IOP program provides a wide range of clinically intensive treatment services. Services are provided in a structured environment for a minimum of nine hours of counseling per week.
✓ Partial Hospitalization (PHP):
The PHP program provides a wide range of clinically intensive treatment services. Services are provided in a structured environment for a minimum of Twenty-five hours of clinically intensive counseling per week.
