Brittany Tackett, MA is a transpersonal psychologist, mindful recovery coach, yoga and meditation teacher, and published author. She empowers people to create lasting change in their lives by teaching mindfulness skills to enhance self-awareness, cope with stressful life experiences, and foster compassion, acceptance, and inner peace. Brittany’s approach to healing and wellness is holistic and encompasses all aspects of the human experience: mind, body, spirit, and heart.

Tackett has a Master of Arts in Transpersonal Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She also has a certificate in Transformational Life Coaching and a 200 hour yoga teacher certification, from Eternal Yoga Ashland.
