Dan Mager, MSW

Dan Mager is a Licensed Masters Social Worker in Nevada and a Certified Diplomate in Clinical Hypnotherapy with the National Board of Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists, as well as a Certified Mindfulness in Recovery Facilitator. He received his MSW from the Hunter College of the City University of New York, School of Social Work. Dan has a decades-long meditation and mindfulness practice and a deep commitment to solution-focused approaches that facilitate learning, growth, and healing. He is also a person in long-term recovery. Dan is the author of two books on addiction recovery: Some Assembly Required: A Balanced Approach to Recovery from Addiction and Chronic Pain and Roots and Wings: Mindful Parenting in Recovery
