"I always say that I have done a tour of rehabs across the Northeast. And none of them worked until Mountainside. Today I have almost 6 months sober and I’m so grateful. I loved the inpatient program with its diverse offerings- I still meditate daily- and the high end facility was luxurious. I loved the staff - Frank was a superb group leader. I still keep in touch with 10 friends from inpatient and we cheer each other on. And I now participate in recovery coaching with Rachel Siegel who is a fantastic support person. While there, I had many opportunities to interact with the different staff members and much of the advise they gave has stuck with me for years.
