Located in Broward County, Florida, Davie is a town of roughly 106,656 people. Alcohol is the most commonly-abused substance in Broward County, where almost one-third of people seeking treatment for addiction in 2015 reported suffering from alcoholism. In 2016, police arrested 1,720 people in Broward County for driving under the influence and half of all deaths involving drugs in Broward County also involved alcohol. Over 90% of Broward teenagers below the age of 18 who sought treatment for addiction in 2015 habitually smoked Marijuana.
