Testimonials

"I had to be admitted to inpatient care for 5 days. Every day was filled with helpful curriculums and wonderful people to teach them. There was everything from music and art therapy, to group therapy. The staff there are very understanding and knowledgeable and love to help, going above and beyond to take care of everyone. The food left something to be desired, but they were still good meals every day, and they were very careful to be aware of food allergies and intolerances. Definitely the best inpatient care I've ever had. 15/10 definitely would recommend."

"Staff is absolutely wonderful and the facility is fantastic! Therapy was very helpful and informative. My only few gripes would be the food and a few limitations, I do understand the techs are there to get patients water and such, but a simple water solution would definitely be best for everyone. Also I do think some sort of designated "Rest" time would be beneficial to patients who chose to take a timed nap, rest definitely helps heal a fractured mind."

"I haven't been home a whole week yet. But, this place really knows how to take care of people the right way. They actually listen to you, and the group therapies were great, and fun! Everyone that works there are very professional, friendly and all around great people! They listen to you, share their own personal experiences with mental health and don't judge or criticize. They welcome you as if it's your home. And just to add in, the food is pretty great too 🙂 if anyone is struggling with anything, I highly recommend East Tennessee Behavioral Health!!"
